Angry birds fever
Angry birds T-shirts.... fan... bread... cake.... slippers...stationaries...
Angry bird fever is everywhere and the kids just love it!
Yesterday was officially an "angry bird day" for the kids as daddy bought them t-shirts, uncle Joe bought the kids the mobile fan, and their grandma also bought them the angry birds tee.

The i- generation
Yes, lost track of blogging ever since i got an i-phone... and kids nowadays, or rather parents nowadays can't seem to live without one i-"device".
Saw a parent at Mid Valley the other day entertaining her baby with an i-pad while she was talking to the salesperson at Fotokem. And it looked rather funny cos she was the i-pad "stand", holding it at a viewable position for her baby in the pram! And the stand comes with an auto-replay mode too.
Hmmm... yes, i must admit that it is a convinient tool to get the kids sitting down quietly and quickly. But overusing it by making sure they are occupied so that parents can do their own things most of the time. What is the effect of that?
Real communication is gone between family members, creativity is limited, physical activity is oh-so-limited! (not to mention the i-sight, i mean eye-sight!)
Even parents get occupied by the i-device themselves. The Apple device is really so sinful once you cant get enough of them! I do hope that I will be a responsible parent that will seek a balance in life for kids and parents alike...
